K-RoastMySoul · About & editorial standards

Come for the play. Stay for Korean food.

K-RoastMySoul is a food-culture guide for people new to Korean cooking. All 108 encyclopedia entries, recipes and public travel stories are available without a photo or payment. Grandma and food tarot are a playful doorway, not a requirement to explore.

Free information and paid keepsakes

Ingredients, steps, substitutions and public travel information are free. The paid product adds eight fictional feature readings, a combined story, food compatibility and PDF/email keepsakes. Payment does not make a reading scientifically valid.

Does the tool measure my face?

No. It derives a number from your photo file inside your browser and uses it to select prewritten features and stories. It is not an AI diagnosis of facial anatomy or personality. The same file produces the same basic match; cropping, compression or re-saving can change it. Compatibility is a game based on food categories, not a prediction about a real relationship.

Our images and Grandma's voice

Master Soul is a fictional character. Food, recipe and tarot images are AI-generated illustrations, not evidence of a kitchen test or restaurant visit. Use the written ingredients and instructions as your cooking reference. Please report mismatches between pictures and recipes.

Editorial approach and sources

The K-RoastMySoul site team maintains the food data and Korean/English explanations. Each recipe is one version, not a universal standard for every household or region. Substitutions do not promise identical flavor. A source link supports only the subject stated beside it. We do not claim to have personally tested every recipe or visited every restaurant.

What does a checked restaurant mean?

The date records a name-and-location check against public references. It is not a live guarantee of opening hours, prices or available tables. Recheck the restaurant's information before visiting. Narrative travel scenes and Grandma's dialogue are editorial storytelling, not quotations from on-site reporting.

Corrections and contact

Send the page URL, the sentence or image at issue, and a supporting reference to support@k-roastmysoul.com. Our correction approach is to compare the food, region and ingredient involved, then update the shared data and both language versions together.
