Paid Services, Withdrawal & Refunds (English)

1. The only paid item is the Deep Report, priced at USD 4.99 (one-time payment, tax included). Price and scope are also shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record.

2. Immediate performance and loss of withdrawal right. The Deep Report is digital content supplied electronically and made available immediately upon payment confirmation. By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal (cooling-off) is lost once generation of the report has begun. Accordingly, no refund is available once the report has been generated and delivered, except as expressly set out in paragraph 3 below. This consent is collected on the payment screen before purchase and confirmed to you on a durable medium (your report email).

3. Non-delivery remedy. If, due to a technical failure attributable to us, your report is not delivered or made accessible within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please contact us with your order number within 7 days of purchase. This 7-day period is a recommended reporting window and does not limit any longer period granted by applicable law for non-delivered or non-conforming digital content.

4. Refund timing. Where a refund is due, we will initiate it within 3 business days of approval, to your original payment method. The time for the refunded amount to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank and, for international payments, on cross-border settlement and local banking days, which are outside our control. In any case where a refund is owed, we will complete it without undue delay and, for EU/EEA consumers, no later than 14 days.

5. You can submit a withdrawal or refund request electronically via the refund & withdrawal form on our Contact page; an automated confirmation email is sent upon receipt. Once a refund is approved, access to the report is revoked. The free reading involves no payment and is outside the scope of this section.
